We also offer a full estate agency service in Central Scotland. We are members of G.S.P.C. This service can be offered together with our conveyancing services, or independently of our conveyancing services if you prefer. We can offer you a pre-sale valuation and a competitive commission structure.

It is important for everyone to have a properly drawn up will, as this will set out clearly your wishes on the distribution of your estate on death, and also simplfy the procedure on death. You can also make provision for children such as the appointment of a guardian.'
